Rick Lee
Rick Lee is the Academic Director for Oxbow Academy. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1977 with his BS degree in Education and 1979 with his MEd in Educational Administration. He currently has a Level 2 Professional Educator License for the State of Utah. He has taught for thirty-two years in the State of Utah, recently retired, but attends workshops and classes not only to improve but try to stay up with the learning levels of today’s students. He also has worked for two and a half years at Discovery Ranch teaching all core subjects. He recently joined the staff at Oxbow Academy. He truly loves working with these kids. He can really see the impact of learning at this level compared to the public system that he has been in for his career. Rick has a wonderful family that consists of his wife and six children. He also has fifteen grandchildren and soon to be seventeen. He loves to be with his family mot of all but also loves to read and participate in most sports. Hunting and camping have been favorite things to do with his family too.
