Friendly, hard working, motivated, problem solver. This is exactly what a parent would want in the Family Services Director. Fortunately, this is exactly what describes Aleesha..
Bailey began at Oxbow as the West Campus Office Manager. Because of the sincere desire she has to see the boys achieve their potential, Bailey was a perfect fit to work closely with the families of the boys. “I like working with the boys and getting to know them. I see the good in the boys, even if they don’t see it in themselves. Getting to know their personality, getting them to smile, even if making them happy for a minute, is what keeps me going each day.”
Bailey has lived in the area for many years and has cows and horses for her neighbors. With all the demands of owning a ranch, the strenuous work and dedication to her family business has prepared her for the demanding role when it comes to meeting the needs of the families. “I used to substitute teach in our local school district. I really enjoy being around kids. Getting to know the parents is an added bonus to this job.”
Bailey earned her Associates Degree at Snow College in Ephraim, Utah. Her experience being a mom and business owner has prepared her for this position. “Working with these boys has helped me be a better person.” She explains, “When I hear the struggles and concerns of the parents, I get emotional. I really feel their struggle and it feels great to know that at Oxbow, we are really helping. We can help mend and fix relationships.”
