Char’Ree Reynolds is an Academic Advisor at Oxbow Academy.
Char’Ree Reynolds’ strong initiative, exceptional organizational skills, love of serving and working with people have prepared her for this role as an Academic Advisor at Oxbow Academy. She has also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from BYU-Idaho.
Char’Ree has many years of experience in serving the community. Her service experience includes supporting unwed mothers, driving elderly cancer patients, and serving as the Director of the Spanish Fork and Salem Area Chamber of Commerce. In addition to her community service, Char’Ree has experience in working in higher education. She began her admissions experience at Ricks College. She loved working with parents and the students so much that she continued to do this when she and her husband worked at Utah State University, Western Kentucky University, as well as at Snow College. “It is our role to be there for the student. The student is not there for us,” said Char’Ree, “It should always be our first priority to assist the student with their needs whether great or small.” She recently ended her time at Snow College working in the Fine Arts division as the publicity and marketing manager. It was her motto to give students the attention they deserved.
Char’Ree loves being a mom to 6 beautiful children. She loves walking her dogs in the hills behind her neighborhood, having Sunday dinner with her entire family at her home, and traveling with her husband, who is the head coach of the Snow College Volleyball team. When there is a spare moment, she loves watching Turkish drama, which she usually does while on the treadmill.
Originally from Fresno, California, she tries to get home to be with family as often as possible. Although Utah is home, Fresno will always be her first love.
