Landon Bailey
Landon was born and raised in tiny Moroni, Utah where he graduated from North Sanpete High School. He traded the farmlands of the Sanpete valley for the jungles of the Philippines where he served for two years as an unpaid missionary for his church.
Upon his return to Utah, Landon graduated from Snow College with an Associates Degree and is currently attending Utah Valley University where he is majoring in education.
Landon began his career working with troubled youth when he and Residential Director Bill Pollock both worked at a different program for at risk youth.
Bill convinced Landon to join the Oxbow team. Landon says he enjoys seeing the progress our students can make in their lives. He loves working with youth and wants to continue teaching and mentoring them.
Landon loves playing sports, fishing, hunting and reading – when he gets some free time. But his real dream is to visit every Major League Baseball stadium in the U.S.
Married for three years, Landon says his first priority is to become a teacher and raise a family of his own.
