A volunteer firefighter who says fitness is his hobby, Joe Davis grew up in Oxbow’s home town, tiny Wales, Utah. Joe lived in Ireland for two years after high school. He returned home and started a family. He says spending time with his son and daughter are his favorite things to do. He also loves to ride and work with horses.
